1. Conditions for Returns & Refunds
We accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

The product is defective or damaged due to a manufacturing issue.

The wrong product, color, or size was delivered.

The product has not been delivered after the expected time.

The order is canceled before processing.
Note: We do not accept returns for products that have been used, are no longer in their original condition, or lack proof of error from Puloner.
2. Return & Refund Request Process
Step 1: Contact us via support@puloner.shop within the specified time. Provide your order number, images or videos of the defective product (if available), and a detailed description of the issue.
Step 2: Puloner’s support team will respond within 1-2 business days to confirm your request and provide return instructions (if applicable).
Step 3: Once the returned product is received (if applicable), we will process the refund within the specified timeframe.
3. Return & Refund Timeline by Case

For defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered products

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the item.

Refund time: 3-10 business days (depending on the payment method).

For undelivered orders (past the expected delivery date)

A refund request can be made if more than 10 days have passed since the expected delivery date.

At Puloner, we want to ensure a smooth return and refund process for our customers. Below are the specific timeframes for returns and refunds:

Return Window: You can request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period, we are unable to accept returns.

Refund Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refunded amount will be credited back to your original payment method, depending on your bank’s processing time.

Note: Puloner does not support returns or refunds for cases where customers change their mind, dislike the product, or order the wrong item.
After 7 days from the date of receipt, Puloner does not accept any return or refund requests.
4. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (bank card, e-wallet, etc.).

In some cases, customers may opt for a Puloner shopping voucher instead of a direct refund.
